Tarik Phillip, a point guard from Independence Community College in Kansas, will suit for the University of West Virginia Mountaineers next fall. Phillip, a Brooklyn, NY native prepped out of high school at Queen City Prep (NC) before committing to the South Carolina Gamecocks.
Phillip never got academically eligible to play for the Gamecocks so later enrolled at Howard College in Big Spring, TX. Phillip transferred to the Pirates and played second semester in the Jayhawk Conference this past season.

Phillip averaged 18.7 ppg, 6.7 rebounds and 4.7 assists in being named MVP of the Conference. Phillip will have three years to play for the Mountaineers.
Devin Foster, a left-handed strong combo guard, had a great season at Vincennes University. Foster helped the Trailblazers to a 3rd place finish at the NJCAA Tourney and a 34-3 record under Head Coach Todd Franklin.
Foster will take his game to Penn State University next fall after visiting the campus this past weekend according to Vincennes University Assistant Coach Brian Davis.
Foster was a 2nd Team All-American this season. Foster averaged 12.2 ppg for Vincennes University this season.
