Saints added some pieces

JucoJunction was in attendance this past weekend at Kenn Littlefield's Jamboree in Marietta, Ga. One school in the Sunshine State added some new pieces to the roster this coming season and JucoJunction is here to tell you about those players. Kevin Harden played his freshman season at nearby State College of Florida Manatee in Sarasota. The quick combo guard averaged 18.9 points and 7 rebounds per game last season before transferring over to Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Fla.

Saints head coach Chris Mowry informed JucoJunction that Towson and Middle Tennessee State have offered while South Alabama has shown interest in the combo guard this fall.
Junior McLeod recently enrolled into classes coming from Brampton, Ontario Canada. McLeod made a lot of stops in the past year at Odessa College (TX) McCook Community College (NE) and Seward County Community College in Liberal, Kan. McLeod just took classes at McCook Community College last spring for the semester.
McLeod is a power forward who prepped at New Creations Prep in Richmond, Ind. for head coach Tony Cole. McLeod played in 13 games for the Wranglers in West Texas and averaged 8.2 points and 4.7 rebounds per game for Odessa College last year.
Matt Conway has found his way back to the Sunshine State after being away the past few years. The combo forward transferred in from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Conway prepped out of high school at St Thomas More in Connecticut for longtime coach Jere Quinn. "Matt has very soft hands he has the ability to pick and pop and knockdown the 16 footer," said JucoJunction Publisher Bret Swanson.
