Santa Fe College is located in Gainesville, FL and head coach Chris Mowry has been at the helm for many years. Michael Sanchez, a transfer from nearby State College of Florida, has not been given a release to play for the Saints this season.
Sanchez, a point guard averaged 13 ppg and 7 assists last season.

Jonathan Hood is off to fast start for the Saints this season. Hood, a Durham, NC native is currently averaging 17.8 ppg, 4.2 rebounds and 3.4 assists this season. Hood played his freshman season at Tallahassee Community College.
Hood helped the Saints to a 69-59 victory over Palm Beach State College recently. Hood
scored 25 points.
Sophomore Salim Gloyd is averaging 11.4 ppg and 6.4 rebounds this season. Gloyd, a power forward from Seattle, WA played his freshman season at Peninsula College in Washington.
