Seward County Community College assistant coach Jason Sautter has informed JucoJunction that Daveon Boardingham will play at the University of Southern Mississippi for new Golden Eagles Head Coach Donnie Tyndall.

Boardingham has played 64 games at Seward County Community College in Liberal, Kan. the past two seasons. Boardingham averaged 11.7 points and 5.7 rebounds this season and shot 56 percent (122-218) from the floor.
Boardingham finished his career with 721 points and 399 rebounds for the Saints. Boardingham is ranked No. 63 in the 2012 JucoJunction Top 150.
The Saints finished the season at 31-7 and a strong finish at the NJCAA National Tourney. Boardingham is a Newark,NJ native.
