State College of Florida Manatee is currently 19-4 on the season under head coach Erickson. Erickson took over the program last summer after being a assistant coach at Monroe College in the Bronx, N.Y.
The Manatees are currently averaging 100.3 points per game this season and currently ranked No. 7 in the latest FCSAA Coaches' Poll.
Anders Haas is averaging 16.6 points, 3.4 rebounds and 7.2 assists this season. Haas hails from Denmark.
Long Island University, Iona, Jacksonville, Sam Houston State, Quinnipiac, Florida Gulf Coast have shown interest in Haas this season. Haas is an academic qualifier who can leave with three years to play.
Isaiah Williams, a Iona signee, is averaging 17.6 points, 8.2 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2.8 steals this season.
Savad Garner is an undersized post from Simpsonville, S.C., who is chipping in with 17.1 points and 7.9 rebounds this season this season. Garner played last season at Newberry College (SC). Newberry College is a NCAA Division 2 school.
Freshman Michael Sanchez is a local point guard that's averaging 12.6 points and 6.9 rebounds while returning sophomore Denzel Myers chips in 9.9 points and 6.4 rebounds.
Myers started his college career at South Carolina state University and hails from North Charleston, S.C.
Larry Keys wont be forgotten especially when he's hitting 57 percent (27-47) from 3-point range this season. Keys took classes last season at USC-Salkehatchie in Walterboro, S.C.
The Manatees will look to try to make a post season run this coming March to the state tourney at Chipola College in Marianna.
