Dickerson, who is from Wilmington, N.C., will sign with Florida Atlantic at a press conference on Thursday.
Also announcing at at Thursday press conference will be the 6-3 Davis, who will ink with Lamar.
Dickerson is a fine floor general who averaged 9.3 points and 5.1 assists per game for the Falcons in 2002-2003. He was a prime factor in SIC's seventh place finish at the NJCAA Tournament earlier this year.
As for the athletic Davis, JUCO Junction liked his inspired play at Hutch. He averaged 10.4 points and four rebounds per game for the Falcons, shooting 50 percent from the floor.
A third player, 6-6 power forward Eric Young, has signed a national letter of intent to attend Austin Peay.
Young, who is more of a rebounder/defender type than a scorer, averaged 3.6 points, 2.6 rebounds and shot 58 percent from the floor for a team that finished 34-2 in 2002-2003.
One other player, 6-3 wing Jermaine Burks, is still available this spring.
Initially, it appeared that Burks was headed for Eastern Kentucky, but Franklin said that the EKU staff has instead opted to earmark its final scholarship this spring for an interior player.
As a result, Burks is now wide open. He averaged 10.1 points, 2.2 rebounds and one assist per game for the Falcons. He shot 43 percent from the field and 37 percent beyond the arc.
