Vernon Payne will come back to Cape Fear Community College next season to take classes and try to graduate according to Mantlo. Payne averaged 13.5 points and 5.9 rebounds per game this season for the 26-9 Sea Devils. Payne visited Central Michigan University back earlier this spring.

Antwan Bosier will take his game to the Midwest and Bellevue University in Nebraska according to Mantlo. The native of Wilmington, N.C. and Laney High School will play for the NAIA Bruins next fall. Bosier started off his college career at Southeastern Illinois College in Harrisburg, I.L.
Tristan Harris will travel north to NCAA D2 program St Augustine's College this fall according to Mantlo. The third year post man played at New Hanover High School in Wilmington. Harris averaged 5.7 points and 5.1 rebounds per game this season for the Sea Devils.
