SEMO lands two prospects

Southeast Missouri State landed two junior college commitments this week. The Redhawks will look to sign these two players next week on April 14 when the spring signing period begins. JucoJunction has the latest on these two players in this article.
The Redhawks will add nearby Bell City, MO native Nick Niemcyzk and Zach House via Sauk Valley Community College to the roster for next season. Niemcyzk just finished his junior college career at Three Rivers Community College where the Raiders lost in the National Championship game to Howard College.

Niemcyzk was an all-region and all-conference perfomer for the Raiders this season averaging 12.5 ppg, 2.9 rebounds and 2.3 assists this season. Niemcyzk didn't play in the championship as he tore his ACL in the semifinals the night before.
"Nick is a very hard worker. He can play both guard spots and has a great feel for the game. Nick is crafty and creative and score in a lot of different ways," said Raiders head coach Gene Bess.
House, a former Division One transfer from Evansville University, played at Sauk Valley Community College in Dixon, IL this season. House, 7-foot-0 (255), hails from nearby Rock Falls, IL and averaged 15 ppg and 9 rebounds this season for Russ Damhoff's squad.
