Matt Kelly is a just freshman at NJCAA D2 school North Central College in Trenton, Mo. The point guard is also an academic qualifier and can leave with three years to play.

The 6-footer is from nearby Columbia, Mo. "Matt really plays with a bit of a swagger on the floor. Matt is quite shifty with the ball in his hands and can really get to the rack," said JucoJunction Publisher Bret Swanson.
