Maurice Phelps has signed with North Carolina Central University according to Wallace State Community College-Hanceville Head Coach John Meeks. Phelps started his career at Louisburg College in North Carolina.
Aaron Martin has signed with South Carolina State University out of St. Petersburg College. Martin is 6-foot-4 and hails from Largo, M.D. He averaged 12.3 points and 4 rebounds per game this past season for the Titans.
