Sills Finished at Southern Idaho

David Sills, a well travelled 5-11, 165 pound combo guard from New York City, was dismissed from the team last month at the College of Southern Idaho.
JUCO Junction caught up with CSI Asst. Coach Barret Peery, and he brought us up to speed with Sills' predicament.

"He was dismissed from the team back on December 18th," Peery said. "He then left school."
Sills was dismissed for unspecified disciplinary infractions.
During the first semester, Sills appeared in 11 games, starting four. He averaged 10.8 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game for the Golden Eagles. He shot 38 percent from the field and 37.5 percent beyond the three point arc.
A native of New York, N.Y., Sills played last winter at Odessa College in Texas. He was one of the better freshmen in Region V, but relocated to Twin Falls, Id., this past fall with former Wrangler teammate Jason McGriff.
Peery said that Southern University was pursuing Sills strongly prior to his dismissal at CSI.
Should we hear any new information about Sills' whereabouts, we'll pass them along via a story.
