Indian Hills Community College assistant coach Chris Skinkis informed JucoJunction today that Jelan Kendrick has made an early pledge to UNLV for next season. Kendrick took a official visit to UNLV this weekend.

Kendrick a former NCAA Division One transfer from Ole Miss averaged 5.1 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game last season for the Rebels.
The Atlanta, Ga. native signed with Memphis out of high school but never played for the Tigers before transferring to Ole Miss.
Kendrick will have two years to play for the Rebels when he arrives on campus next fall. Kendrick is the fourth player from the Warriors roster to make an early pledge for next season.
Kendrick was a 2011 McDonald's All-American coming out of high school.
