Snow trio headed to Southern Utah

Snow College finished the season this year at (23-8). Former Head Coach Roger Reid will be coaching next year at The University of Southern Utah. He plans on bringing three of his former players from Snow College to Southern Utah. Joining him in Cedar City are Geoff Payne,Tyler Quinney and John Clifford.

Geoff Payne, (SO) 6-foot-7 (190) from Sandy, UT led the Badgers in scoring this past season at 22.9 ppg and 6.6 rebounds. Payne shot 68.2% (262-384) from the floor. The small forward will only have one year left of college eligibility at the D1 level. Payne gathered All-Conference and All-Region honors this past season.

Tyler Quinney, (SO) 6-foot-7 (210), averaged 5.8 ppg and John Clifford, (SO) 6-foot-9 (210), averaged 7.2 ppg and five rebounds this season. Look for all three young men to make major contributions next season at Southern Utah.
