JucoJunction found out today that one player transferred from the State of Illinois to the Lone Star State for this coming season. This player has found his way to the Magnolia State. John Odoh didn't have to take long to find a four year school after leaving Lincoln Trail College in Robinson, Ill. this season. Odoh has signed to play for the Hill College Rebels in Hillsboro, Tex. for head coach Swede Trenkle.

JucoJunction was informed by coach Trenkle that Odoh has verbaled to the University of Southern Mississippi for the 2012-2013 season. "John is a great kid who works extremely hard at everything he does. John has a great ability to block shots, and rebounds on both ends of the floor," said Trenkle.
Odoh averaged 9.7 points, 8 rebounds and 3.3 blocks per game last season for the Statesmen in Region 24. Odoh will have two years to play for USM in Conference USA after he leaves Hill College.
