The power forward from Camden, N.J. averaged 20.3 points and 9.1 rebounds per game this season. Myers shot 65 percent (236-362) from the floor for the Roadrunners in East Texas.
Myers joins fellow Region 14 member D.D Scarver next season in Hattiesburg, Miss. Scarver has played the past two seasons at Trinity Valley Community College.
"Mike really liked his relationship with assistant coach Ross Hodge," said Neighbors. "Coach Hodge did a great job of recruiting him. Mike really liked the idea of playing for a team that just played in the NCAA Tourney and they have most of the team returning except for his position."
Angelina College is located in Lufkin, Tex.
