South Florida the spot for Haynes
Lackawanna College is located in Scranton, PA and head coach Mike Netti has his team off to a 16-6 start this season. Lackawanna College plays in the NJCAA Division 2 ranks. JucoJunction got word today that one Lackawanna College player will take his skills to the Big East Conference next season.
"Shedrick Haynes will play at South Florida next season. Coach Heath and Coach Cox did a great job of recruiting Shedrick," said Netti.

Haynes received interest from LaSalle, Western Kentucky, Houston, Nevada and Temple this spring according to Netti.
Haynes is currently averaging 19.7 ppg and 4 rebounds this season for Lackawanna College. Shedrick averaged 13 ppg last season at Manatee Community (now State College of Florida) before heading north this past summer.
"Shedrick is a very talented athlete who can shhot it from deep. He forces defenses to respect his speed and range," said Netti.
Haynes has scored 36 points vs Technical Career Institute and 32 points versus Raritan Valley (NJ) while hitting eight three-pointers. Haynes is a Bradenton, FL native.
