South Suburban guard moving on

The South Suburban College Bulldogs in South Holland, IL have been to the D2 NJCAA National Tourney the past two seasons under Head coach John Pigatti. The Bulldogs had one guard that was still seeking a school until recently. JucoJunction has the latest on a South Surburban College guard who has found a home for this fall.

Larry Swann, (SO) 6-foot-1 (170) from Columbus, OH, will be going the Division One route next season.

"Larry will be going to Montana State University next season," said Pigatti.

Swann, an academic qualifier coming out of Brookhaven High School in Columbus two seasons ago, averaged 14 ppg, 3.8 rebounds and 4.2 assists this season for the Bulldogs.

Swann scored 739 points over two seasons while playing in 64 games for the Bulldogs. The Bulldogs finished this past season in 5th place at the National Tourney.
