Jeremy Atkinson (No. 11 team photo) signed with NCAA D1 program and 2011 NCAA Tournament participant UNC-Asheville in the Big South Conference. The 6-foot-4 forward from Elm City, N.C. has played the past two seasons at NJCAA D2 member Louisburg College.

Atkinson averaged 18.6 points per game this season for the Hurricanes. Atkinson helped his team to a 32-3 record and a berth in the NJCAA D2 National Tourney in Danville, I.L.
Atkinson finished his Louisburg career with 1,008 points.
