Stephen F. Austin strikes twice
Walt Harris and Lu Griffin are going to be teammates next season at Stephen F. Austin. Harris is from McLennan Community College and Griffin from South Plains College.
Harris, (SO) 6-foot-5, just visited Stephen F. Austin this past weekend and came away liking what he saw.

"Walt committed during breakfast on Sunday while on his visit," said McLennan Community College assistant coach Larren Silver. "Walt also will be reunited with
former McLennan teammate Eric Bell."
Harris took an official visit to Weber State prior and also received interest from South Alabama.
Griffin, (SO) 6-foot-5 (220), is from Greenville, SC via South Plains College. Griffin averaged 5.7 ppg and 4.8 rebounds last season for the Texans while shooting 55.9% from the floor. The power forward played in all 32 games last season for the (25-7) Texans.
