Sunshine bound

Jerran Foster signed with Winthrop University coming out of high school. Foster, a point guard, will take his game to Florida A&M University next season according to Brunswick Community College Head Coach Walter Shaw.
Foster spent time at College of Southern Idaho before landing at the Supply, NC school this past season to play for the Dolphins.

Foster averaged 7.4 ppg and 4.9 assists for the 20-12 Dolphins this season.
Foster joins teammates Cam Jones (Radford), Montez Loman (Tennessee State) and Keynan Pittman (Alcorn State) at the NCAA Division One level for next season. Nik Brown left the program back in November 2013 and stayed in school at Brunswick Community College. Brown, a one-time UNC-Wilmington signee, will now play at UNC-Greensboro this coming season.
