Sunshine State happenings
Two players from the Sunshine State of Florida have decided on destinations for this coming fall. Will Ransom, a power forward from Daytona State College, has signed with Illinois State University according to Falcons Head Coach Ryan Ridder.
Ransom, a rugged quick footed power forward, started his career at Paris Junior College in Texas. Ransom a Fort Worth,TX native averaged 5 ppg and 7.2 rebounds this season on a very much improved Falcons squad. The Falcons finished the season at 24-6 under coach Ridder.

RaAnthony Sanders has been at the NCAA Division One level at Tulane University. Sanders will now take his talents to Albany for next season.
Sanders will have two years to play for the Great Danes and Head Coach Will Brown.
Sanders, a big guard, averaged 10.7 ppg and 4.6 rebounds for the Pirates. The Pirates finished the season at 21-11 in the always tough Panhandle Conference.
Sanders played this past summer in the Peach State JUCO Showcase in Augusta,GA.
