"Mike is hard nosed player who currently is shooting the lights out of it from the floor. Mike really knows what good shots are and plays great within a system," said Trenkle.
Dominguez, a shooting guard, is currently averaging 14.2 ppg, 2.5 steals and shooting
50.6% (37-73) from three-point range this season.
Smith, (SO) 6-foot-3 (190) 2/3 man from Baltimore, MD: Smith prepped at Prince Avenue Prep in Pickens, SC before surfacing at NJC.
"Troy is a winner. He really runs the floor well and breaks down the defense off the bounce. Troy has really worked on improving his shot over the summer," said Trenkle.
Smith, the brother of former Colorado State player Tyler Smith and lifelong friend of NBA player Carmelo Anthony, is in his second season with the Plainsmen. Smith is currently averaging 13.4 ppg, 5.4 rebounds and 2.7 assists this year.
Look for these two players along with post player Jeron Lewis (Wright State) to try and get the Plainsmen back to Hutchinson, KS this coming March for the National Tournament.
