Talented freshmen leading Hill College

Quincy Owens and Jimmy Williams are two cheese heads from the state of Wisconsin playing in the Lone Star state at Hill College in Hillsboro, TX.
Owens, (FR) 6-foot-8 (235) from Milwaukee. Quincy had committed to Seton Hall coming out of high school at Washington High School in the city. Owens found his way to Harmony Community School in Cincinnati, OH and played just over a semester of basketball for the Hurricanes. When Quincy left Harmony he surfaced at Cornerstone Christian in San Antonio, TX under head coach Walter Webb.

"I really liked what I saw of Quincy this season. I thought he grew up and matured a lot from a few seasons ago. He has all the tools to be a very good player down the road, he just needs to stay focused with school and basketball," said JucoJunction staff member Bret Swanson.
Quincy is currently averaging 9.8 ppg and 7.7 rebounds for the Rebels on the season.
Williams, (FR) 6-foot-7 (220) from Milwaukee, prepped at Custer High School back in Milwaukee.
"Jimmy has very good footwork and moves very well on the floor," Swanson noted.
Williams is getting 6 ppg a night a for the Rebels.
Hill College has two solid pieces to start with for next season in these two freshman from Milwaukee.
