Tallahassee guard has attention of two

Jermaine Dixon made a great impression last season to folks in the state of Florida and especially in the always tough Panhandle Conference. Dixon returns this season to Tallahassee Community College to try and lead the Eagles to the next level and surpass the mighty Indians of Chipola College.
Dixon, (SO) 6-foot-3 (195) from Baltimore, MD, is the brother of former Maryland Terp Juan Dixon. Jermaine prepped out of high school at Maine Central Institute.

"Jermaine has great skills, we will play him at the 1-3 positions this coming season.
Jeramine is a tough kid that can create is own shot," said TCC Head coach Eddie Barnes.
Jermaine led the Eagles last season in scoring at 15.6 ppg, 4.4 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2.1 steals. Dixon had an outstanding freshman campaign gathering 1st team all conference honors and taking home Freshman of the Year in the Panhandle Conference. Jermaine played this past summer in Tulsa, OK at Jerry Mullen's JUCO 120 Camp.
Dixon has two early schools following him around in Charlotte and Arkansas. He has no visits lined up at this time. Tallahassee Community College will be hosting a JUCO Jamboree with 17 teams on October 6, 2007 at the TCC Gym.
