Team Focus: Neosho County

Neosho County Community College had suffered a few rough seasons recently until Head coach Jeremy Coombs came this season. The Panthers are currently (12-12) on the season and are looking to make that turn in the Jayhawk Eastern Conference for the future. Coach Coombs has a good mix of sophomores to go along with some talented freshmen.
Demayrius Adside: (SO) 6-foot-2 (205) from Gordon, GA. Adside played at Georgia Perimeter College a few seasons ago and attended classes last year at Pratt Community College where coach Coombs was an assistant coach at for Trevor Rolfs.

"Demayrius is a general on the floor. He is a big point guard that when he is on the court he sees things happen before most people know what's going on," said Coombs.
Tulsa, St Mary's (CA), Hawaii, Santa Clara, Utah State, Chattanooga, Loyola-Chicago, Morehead State, Texas-Arlington, Sam Houston State, UT-San Antonio and New Orleans are all following his progress this semester. Adiside is averaging 14.8 ppg, 5.5 rebounds and 5.4 assists on the season for the Panthers.
Terrell Northington: (SO) 6-foot-1 (185) from Detroit, MI. Northington previously attended Beaver County Community College (PA).
"Terrell, a combo guard, can play physical and has the ability to slash to the basket very effectively," said JucoJunction staff member Bret Swanson.
Central Arkansas, Texas State, Kennesaw State, Northwestern State and East Tennessee State are following Terrell this spring. Northington is averaging 12.3 ppg, 3.4 rebounds and 3.4 assists for the season.
Demetrius Martin: (SO) 6-foot-3 (190) from Wichita, KS.
"Demetrius is an athletic wing that brings great intensity to the floor every time he plays," said Coombs. Martin is getting 3 ppg but only has played in 10 games this season.
Mark May: (SO) 6-foot-6 (220) from Atchison, KS. May played football last season at Butler County Community College.
"Mark is a true-clean up guy on the court. His recruitment is picking up because schools
are finding out he has a chance to graduate," said Coombs.
Sam Houston State and Santa Clara are showing interest in the power forward. May is averaging 6.7 ppg and 8.6 rebounds on the season for the Panthers.
Mark Gomilla: (FR) 6-foot-5 (195) from Atlanta, GA. Gomilla played at the Patterson School (NC) last season and North Atlanta Prep prior to that.
"Mark is an all around player. He is the type of kid all coaches would love to coach," said Coombs.
Gomilla is getting 15.1 ppg and 8 rebounds an outing for the Panthers this season.
Delray Mills: (FR) 6-foot-6 (205) from Gary, IN. Mills attended classes last season at Pratt Community College. Delray has a 7'2 wingspan.
"Delray has a great ability to grabbing boards off the glass or altering shots," said Coombs.
Mills is at 7.8 ppg and 10 rebounds a night.
Manny Richardson, (SO) 6-foot-7 (215) from Ypsilanti, MI, was dismissed from the team back in the fall semester.
