Texans Duo Stays Together

South Plains College in Levelland, TX had a great season under head coach Steve Green. The Texans had two players on the team decided to stay together next season and play in the Heartland Conference. JucoJunction.com has the latest on these two players.
Brandon Pitts and Antwain Thomas will both play at NCAA D2 School Oklahoma Panhandle State University next season. Pitts a member of the JucoJunction Top 150 redshirted this past year for the Texans and will still have three years to play for the Aggies.

"Brandon is a strong point guard who can really defend on the ball" said JucoJunction Publisher Bret Swanson. Pitts prepped at New Creations in Richmond, IN before heading off to South Plains College. Pitts is a native of Bedford Heights, OH.
Thomas 6-foot-1 (190) from Terrell, TX averaged 6 ppg this season for the Texans.
These two players have the chance to perform the backcourt next season for the
Aggies in the Heartland Conference. Pitts and Thomas now will join Myles Walker (Indiana State), Bo Ingram (Texas Arlington) and Tramar Southerland (Arkansas-Little Rock) in moving onto four year schools for next fall.
