Texas State lands in-state prospect
Edgar Segura went away from his home state of Texas when he was a freshman. Segura went to the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Edgar now is a sophomore at McLennan College in Waco, TX. JucoJunction has the latest on Segura on where he will be attending next fall in this story.
Segura, (SO) 6-foot-2 (175) from Weslaco, TX, will play at Texas State University next season according to Highlanders Head coach Kevin Gill.

"Not many people really realized Edgar was back in Texas and Texas State did a great job of recruiting him," said Gill.
Segura saw limited time as a freshman for the Phoenix averaging 2 ppg. Edgar visited Texas State this past weekend on an official visit.
