Nathaniel Butler will join fellow John A Logan College teammate Connell Crossland at Texas Christian University next fall. The wing player averaged 13.7 points, 6.3 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game this season for the Volunteers.

Butler prepped at Mississippi Elite Christian Academy and Laurinburg Institute (NC) before making it to junior college. Butler was a first team All-GRAC and All-Region performer this season.
Butler was ranked number 107 in the JucoJunction Top 150 this season. Butler will also join Angelina College post player Adrick McKinney next fall in a Horned Frogs uniform.
