South Plains College Head Coach Steve Green will be looking to win his third national championship at the Levelland, TX school this evening. Green is also a NJCAA Hall of Fame inductee this season.
The Texans defeated Hill College 102-90 in the semifinals to advance to the national championship game.

The Texans were led in scoring Arizona State signee Andre Spight with 22 points, Marlon Jones chipped in 17 points and Emmanuel Omogbo chipped in 16 points and grabbed 17 rebounds.
Hill College was led by freshman Jemerrio Jones with 29 points and 19 rebounds.
The nightcap saw Northwest Florida State defeat Georgia Highlands College 105-103. The Raiders (32-2) now will play South Plains College in the National Championship game this evening.
Brandon Austin led the Raiders with 29 points and 13 rebounds. Jalen Jackson added 27 points and Benji Bell chipped in 18 points.
The Raiders will play in the National Championship for the 3rd time in the last 4 years.
The Highlanders magical season will now end in a third place game this evening. Georgia Highlands College 30-7 were led in scoring by Terrence Thompson with 23 points, Donovan Harris added 22 points and 12 rebounds and Ty Toney finished the night with 18 points.
