Third commitment from NW Florida

Northwest Florida State College used to be known as Okaloosa-Walton College. The Raiders of Niceville, FL play in the rugged Panhandle Conference with the likes of Chipola College, Gulf Coast, Tallahassee and Pensacola. The Raiders have now a third player to commit to a Division One program for next year. JucoJunction has the latest in this story on which Northwest Florida State College player has made up his mind for next season.
Sam Goodman, (SO) 6-foot-0 (175) from Lawrence, GA, is off to the Ohio Valley Conference and Morehead State University according to Raiders assistant coach Will Jones. Goodman, a left-handed guard, averaged just 4 ppg this season on a very talented team. Sam played his freshman season at Abraham Baldwin College in Tifton, GA before they decided to disband the program last May. Goodman averaged 16 ppg at ABAC as a freshman.
Goodman joins teammates Charvez Davis (Alabama) and Johndre Jefferson (South Carolina) in finding schools for next season. JucoJunction will keep you posted on the other Raiders sophomores in the future when they decide on a future destination.
