Tigers roll to championship
Marshalltown Community College went to the 47th Annual William Bear Classic in Freeport, IL this past weekend. The Tigers went through the eight team tourney at 3-0.
Highland Community College was the host of the event.

The Tigers were led in scoring by Mike Rodriguez with 24 points and 10 assists in the championship game versus Moberly Area College. The Tigers won the game 80-63.
Rodriguez, a point guard from Boston, MA was named MVP for his weekend efforts.
Rodriguez is currently averaging 24.3 ppg, 6.9 assists and 4.1 rebounds this season.
The Tigers are currently 14-3 on the season.
Rodriguez has scored 848 career points in his career with the Tigers.
