Tigers still soaring

The Jayhawk Conference is a very good conference from year to year. One team from Jayhawk Conference Eastern Division is currently 17-5 on the season and winners of 9 out of their last 10 games. The Tigers of Cowley College in Arkansas City, K.S. have been led all season long by Iowa State signee Tyrus McGee.

McGee is currently averaging 21.1 points per game this season for the Tigers. McGee is currently at 997 career points in 54 games played for the Tigers over the past two seasons.
Dominick Cornelius is currently averaging 10.9 points and 3.6 rebounds per game this season.
The 6-foot-4 Tulsa, O.K. native is receiving recruiting interest from Albany, Northwestern State, Oral Roberts University, Arkansas-Little rock and Gardner Webb according to Tigers Assistant Coach Donnie Jackson.
"Dominick is our best defender and is the ultimate toughness guy. He brings it every day on the court," said Jackson.
James Watson has already been at the four year level when he attended Washington State University.
Watson is now gathering interest from Iowa, Georgia, Wichita State and Missouri State University according to Jackson. Watson is averaging 10.9 points and 6.5 rebounds per game this season for the Tigers.
Romel Kemp is a former South Plains Community College transfer and a Marion, S.C. native. Kemp is a 5 semester player who is currently averaging 6.3 points and 6 rebounds per game this season.
"Romel is a highly skilled offensive player who can play inside and out," said Jackson. Kemp prepped at Marion High School.
