Titans making progress

One basketball program in the Sunshine State has made great improvements this past season. JucoJunction takes a look at a trio players at this school in Southern Florida right here on your source for junior college basketball recruiting.
Brevard Community College in Melbourne, F.L. has a 13-13 record this season under first year head coach Jeremy Shulman. Shulman was previously an assistant coach at East Mississippi Community College.

The Titans have been led all season by a talented trio of freshman. D'Montre Edwards is currently averaging 12.9 points and 6.3 rebounds per game this season.
The Charleston, S.C. native attended West Ashley High School and played AAU ball with TMP (Trade Mark Properties) with the likes of Bruce Ellington and RJ Slawson, both who are currently playing for the USC Gamecocks.
"D'Montre can really score the ball inside and out," said Shulman. Numerous colleges have been into see Edwards this season and are keeping tabs on him for the future.
"Ralph Williams is a lightning quick point guard that can really shoot the ball," said Shulman. The 5-foot-8 guard hails from Rockledge, F.L. Williams is currently averaging 13.4 points, 5.4 assists and 2.8 steals per game this season for the Titans.
Louis Adams is a combo guard from Senegal, Africa. "Louis has a great mid range pull up game," said Shulman. Adams is currently averaging 12.9 points per game this season.
Jamel Marshall is the one sophomore on the roster that is receiving some division one interest. The transfer from Morehead State University is from Oralndo, F.L.
The power forward is averaging 8.5 points and 5.9 rebounds per game this season. "Jamel is a physical strong faceup 4 man," said Shulman.
