Top 70 player off board

Chris Brand only played in seven games this season for the Westerners of West Texas College in Snyder, Tex. Brand will now focus on playing for the Alcorn State University Braves in the SWAC Conference in Alcorn, Miss this coming season.

Brand was ranked in the 2011 JucoJunction Top 150 at No. 68. The Starkville, Miss. native started his college career at East Mississippi Community College in Scooba, Miss.
Brand averaged just 4.4 points and 3.7 rebounds per game this past season for the Westerners. Brand will have two years to play in the SWAC Conference.
