Trail Blazers big man heads east

Junior College players don't always end up playing in the Ivy League Conference. This season the junior college ranks can add one of there own to the Ivy League Conference for next season. JucoJunction.com has the latest on this big man from the midwest who will take his game east next season.
"Will Carr will head off to Cornell University next season in the Ivy League Conference" said John Wood Community College Head Coach Mike Elbe.

Carr will have three years to play after coming into John Wood Community College with a 33 ACT and will leave with 72 credit hours according to Elbe.
Carr 6-foot-10 (265) from nearby Warsaw,IL will join fellow teammate Christian Bibi NDongo at the division one level next season. NDongo is headed off to Louisiana-Monroe.
Carr averaged 7.5 ppg and 7.1 rebounds this past season for the 16-15 Trail Blazers. Carr shot 52% (98-188) from the floor. "Will will be a good fit in the Ivy League with his big body and really likes to play physical" said Elbe.
