Trail Blazers big man makes call
JucoJunction saw the the Trail Blazers of John Wood Community College this past weekend in Warrensburg, M.O. at Rick Ball's JUCO Jamboree.

"Will Carr will be attending NCAA D2 Alabama-Huntsville next season," said John Wood Community College Head Coach Mike Elbe. Carr averaged 7.5 points and 7.1 rebounds per game last season while shooting 52 percent (98-188) from the floor in Region 24 of Northern Illinois.
"Will wants to major into aerospace engineering and NASA is right down the road from the campus. This is a life setting experience for the next 30 years for him," said Elbe.
Carr received interest this spring from Dartmouth, Tulane, Evansville and Western Illinois. The decision for Carr was mainly his college major he desired it wasn't about the level of play.
