Trinity Valley has one looking, one waiting

One of the hot junior college names in the country has been Trinity Valley guard Antwi Atuahene. As a freshman, Atuahene led TVCC in scoring, rebounding and assists, and also made nearly twice as many free throws as any of his teammates.
But for fans of any school hoping to land his signature, there is some bad news.

"The chances are very slim he's going to leave," said Trinity Valley head coach Leon Spencer. "He enrolled last January and had summer school, but right now, it's a very, very slim chance he's going to. He's just not getting all his academic work done."
So it looks like you'll have to wait another year on Atuahene. However, one of his teammates will likely sign on the dotted line with somebody next month.
"Aswan Minatee is an undersized post man at about 6-6," Spencer said. "He's got a big, strong body, scored from 15 feet in real well...He's just too short for a high major, but he's a good four man."
Minatee has a visit scheduled with Wisconsin-Green Bay. Spencer said he was unsure of any other teams in the race at this point.
