Two commit from Tallahassee

JucoJunction had chance to talk to Tallahassee Community College Head coach Eddie Barnes today on two of his sophomores making commitments for next season.
Jermaine Dixon: (SO) 6-foot-3 (190) from Baltimore, MD has verbaled to the University of Pittsburgh according to coach Barnes.

"Jermaine feels really comfortable with his decision on committing to Piit," said Barnes.
Jermaine is currently averaging 20.4 ppg, 6.4 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 2.9 steals on the season for the (17-8) Eagles. Dixon has scored 916 career points in 52 career games played. Jermaine prepped at Maine Central Institute out of high school in Baltimore. Dixon is the brother of former Maryland/NBA player Juan Dixon. Kansas State and East Carolina were also fighting for Dixon's services.
Jason Bennett: (SO) 7-foot-3 (275) from Jacksonville, FL will be heading home to Jacksonville University next season and play for the Bulls. Bennett played his freshman season at Kansas State University under then head coach Bob Huggins. College of Charleston, Coastal Carolina and Colorado State were keeping close tabs on the center this season. Jason is currently averaging 6.6 ppg and 5.7 rebounds on the season.
