Two late signings from Panola

Many college programs are back to school this week. Two Panola College Ponies from last season have decided on where they will be going to school this fall. Panola College head coach Jacob Wonders confirmed the signings.

Wandji Aboubakar, (FR) 6-foot-7 (250), has signed with Sacramento State. Wandji will have three years left to play for the Hornets. Aboubakar, originally from Cameroon, Africa, averaged 4.8 ppg and 4.2 rebounds this past season at Panola. Wandji shot 57% from the floor. He prepped at Heritage Christian in Cleveland, TX.

C.J. Clark, (SO) 6-foot-7, will now head to Northwestern State University in Louisiana. CJ was all set to attend Ball State University before the departure of Head coach Ronny Thompson. Clark played his freshman season at Colorado State.
