Two lead the way for Morton College

Morton College Head Coach Frank Lollino will look for team leadership this season from two sophomores he has on his roster. The Panthers recently played at the Illinois Valley Community College in Oglesby, IL and JucoJunction was on hand to watch these two players. JucoJunction has the latest on this duo in this article.
Dorian Tyler, (SO) 6-foot-8 (200), hails from Chicago, IL. Tyler, a 4/5 man, played his high school basketball at Chicago Marshall High School. Dorian was a qualifier coming out of high school and averaged 9.8 ppg and 8.5 rebounds last year while shooting 47% (124-265) from the floor.

"Dorian has a long wingspan and really plays well inside the paint," said JucoJunction staff analyst Bret Swanson.
Jerome Robinson, (SO) 6-foot-6 (210), prepped at St Patricks High School in the Windy City. Robinson averaged 12 ppg and 8.1 rebounds last season while shooting 60% (134-223) from the floor.
"Jerome is a left-handed combo forward with a great body. Jerome has great rotation on his shot and a nice quick release," said Swanson.
The Panthers made a trip last season to the NJCAA Division Two National Tourney in Danville, IL and are hoping to get back with this duo again this season. JucoJunction will keep up with the Panthers this season right here on your source for junior college basketball recruiting.
