Two more sign from Odessa

Odessa College now has three players signed on for next season to Division One programs. JucoJunction saw the Wranglers play last month at the Mitchell-Mullen Dallas Blowout Jamboree. JucoJunction has the latest on which two players will be playing together next season at the four-year level in this article.
Josh Brown and Scottie Farrington will be attending Louisiana Tech University next season. Brown, a Ruston, LA native, signed with the Bulldogs out of high school but didn't qualify academically and decided to head back home for next season after two years at Odessa College. Brown averaged 13.3 ppg and 6.5 rebounds last season as a freshman for the Wranglers.

Farrington, (SO) 6-foot-9 (220) from Nassau, Bahamas, started his college career at Oral Roberts University after attending Christian Life Center in Humble, TX. Farrington will join former Christian Life Center teammate Olu Ashaolu at Louisiana Tech next season.
"Scottie is a very active shot blocker and rebounder on both ends," said JucoJunction staff analyst Bret Swanson.
Brown and Farrington now join teammate Melvin Baker, who signed earlier with Middle Tennessee State University. JucoJunction will keep an eye on the Wranglers this season in the West Texas Region right here on your source for junior college basketball recruiting.
