Two Rangers are moving on

Justin Nabors and Tarrell Wilson, both of Northwest Mississippi CC, will be heading off to Lamar University next season to reunite with their former coach Don "Bubba" Skelton. Skelton is now an assistant coach at Lamar.
Nabors, a 6-foot-6, 3-4 man, averaged 9.7 points and 5.7 rebounds last season for the Rangers. He had 27 points and ten boards in Northwest's last game.

"He is our go to guy," said NW Mississippi coach Jeff Caldwell. "Justin plays so hard. He is not afraid to mix it up and he just puts the ball in the hole. He has a knack for scoring and he's very explosive."
Tarrell Wilson, 6-foot-8, is a wing player. He is sitting out this season at Northwest trying to graduate. Wilson already has played two years for the Rangers. He averaged 11.9 points and 7 rebounds last season.
"Tarrell is a big kid that likes to play outside on the perimeter and shoot threes. He has a very good skill level," said Caldwell.
Jeff Caldwell is back at Northwest Mississippi CC this season after being the head women's coach at Henderson State. Caldwell was at Northwest Mississippi prior to
this year back in 1993-1999.
Neither player will take any other visits.
