Updates from North Idaho College

North Idaho College plays in a very tough region with the likes of College of Southern Idaho, College of Eastern Utah and Salt Lake Community College. Head coach Jared Phay of the North Idaho College Cardinals just recently had his third and fourth player sign on for Division One for next season. JucoJunction has the latest update in this story.

Kene Anusionwu: (SO) 6-foot-8 from London, England. Anusionwu transferred in from Panola College (TX) where he played for last season. Anusionwu prepped at Laurinburg Institute (NC) a few years back. Kene recently signed with Bethune-Cookman according to Phay. Anusionwu averaged 6.6 ppg and 6.3 rebounds this past season for the Cardinals.

David Johnson: (SO) 6-foot-6 from Chicago, IL. Johnson played his freshman campaign at Imperial Valley College in El Centro, CA. Johnson averaged 10 ppg last season at IVC. Johnson is best suited at the small forward position at the next level. Johnson recently signed with Utah Valley State according to Phay. David averaged 13.1 ppg and 6.8 rebounds this past season.
