Wabash Valley Community College assistant coach Eric Murphy informed JucoJunction today that Nick Wiggins will sign with Wichita State University next season.

Wiggins is ranked No. 4 in the 2012 JucoJunction Top 150. Wiggins will join Cleanthony Early who is ranked No. 14 in the recruiting class for the Shockers.
Wiggins averaged 17.3 points and 3.7 rebounds per game this season and shot 53 percent (185-351) from the floor. The Warriors made a trip to the NJCAA National Tourney in Hutchinson, Kan. under longtime Head Coach Dan Sparks. The Warriors finished the season at 27-10.
"Nick really liked the players and the coaching staff, he felt comfortable on his visit," said Murphy. "He was very impressed with how they recruited him all season long. Nick really liked the community support he saw on his visit and he felt it was the best place for him to be at next season."
