Barstow Community College head coach Reggie Howard informed JucoJunction today that point guard Abdulsamad Zaid has verbaled to Weber State University next season in the Big Sky Conference.

The Los Angeles native averaged 17.4 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3 assists per game this season for the Vikings. Zaid played his freshman season at Arizona Western College in Yuma, Ariz. where he averaged 6.7 points per game.
