Vincennes has plenty to choose from

Everick Sullivan is in his second year as the head coach of the Vincennes University Blazers. Sullivan played at Louisville back in the day for legendary coach Denny
Crum. As usual, Vincennes has plenty of prospects. Here is the rundown:

Sean Smith: 6-foot-6 (215) from Gary, IN. Smith is a combo forward who has a tremendous wingspan (6'10).
"Sean is a great worker on the floor, he's a solid 3 man but plays a lot of power forward for us," said coach Sullivan.
Sean is averaging 14.4 points and 7.1 rebounds on the season for the Blazers.
Butler (offer), Murray State, Western Kentucky and Loyola (IL) are recruiting Smith. Smith was a Coppin State signee coming out of prep school two years ago while he attended Christian Center Academy in Cincinnati, OH.
D'Lancy Carter: 6-foot-9 (270) from Houston, TX. Carter is big bodied kid.
"D'Lancy is really skilled around the basket and his best basketball is still to come. He's just 19 years old; he arrived at VU when he was 17 years old," Sullivan said. "He must get stronger in the lower body."
St. Louis, Wichita State and Illinois State are keeping tabs on Carter. D'Lancy is currently
at 5.8 points and 3 rebounds per game.
Carl Baucham: 6-foot-6 (255) from Indianapolis, IN. Baucham is a power post player.
"Carl has lost weight since last season," Sullivan said. "He is our best team rebounder and
he has great hands."
IPFW, Eastern Illinois and Missouri State are calling. Carl is at 5.5 points and 6.3
rebounds this season.
D'Ante Harris: 6-foot-3 (175) from Bossier City, LA is a big-time sleeper at the 3/2 position according to Coach Sullivan.
"D'Ante is a scorer (13.8 ppg) he's really a good athlete and knows how to get to the rack and score it," Sullivan said.
McNeese State, Northwestern State and Centenary are inquiring about Harris.
DeAndre Byrd: 6-foot-1 (190) from Cincinnati, OH.
"Byrd is a tough combo guard that really has good court vision," said Sullivan. "DeAndre rebounds really well for his size."
Byrd is averaging 10.4 points and 6.3 rebounds this season.
Some freshman at VU to keep your eyes on are Rashad Reed, 6-foot-1 (170) from Mansfield, OH, who is averaging 11.9 points per game, and Patrick Posey, 6-foot-5 (190), from Greenville, SC who is averaging seven points.
