Vincennes loaded once again

Division One prospects at Vincennes University are nothing new. The question is not whether Vincennes will produce a D1 player. The question is simply how many.
"All of them," said head coach Everick Sullivan. "I'll have seven guys that are returning."

The Blazers are so loaded that Sullivan thinks one of his walk-ons from last year should be a Division One player.
"Jeff Mattingly is 6-2, 180 and he is a big-time shooter," Sullivan said. "He walked on for me last year. He'll earn some scholarship money this year, but he started about half the time for me last year."
Here is the rundown on the rest of Sullivan's players:
Sean Smith: "He started most of the year. He's 6-6, 210, from Cincinatti. He's versatile, can play the post, big wing or a small forward."
D'Lancy Carter: "He's 6-9, 260. It's just like Frantz Dorsainvil. He didn't get a lot of credit, but ended up being one of the better post guys out there last year."
Carl Baucham: "He should be top five in rebounding. He is an unbelievable rebounder, he can outlet like Wes Unseld. He's 6-6, 245, 250. He's a post interior guy."
DeAndre Byrd: "He started for me the majority of they year. He is 6-1, 180, a point guard, combo guard."
D'Ante Harris: "He should make a major impact shooting the ball. 6-3, 180, from Louisiana. He is one of the top scorers from Airline High School. He played a lot of minutes."
Sullivan's sophomores have already been to the Ball-Stars camp in Indianapolis. He also has a couple of incoming freshmen, Patrick Posey and Rashad Reed, who he thinks can be high-major players down the road.
