Vogelsberg Hearing From High Majors

Cloud County Community College has quite a few players that will likely move onto the Division 1 level after next year. Adam Vogelsberg, the 6-foot-6 shooting guard is being recruited by the likes of Wichita State, Kansas State and LSU. After being named second team all conference as a freshman, Vogelsberg is looking forward to another successful year.
“Adam is a 6-foot-6 shooting guard that made second team all conference as a freshman,” Cloud County Community College Head Coach Kevin Muff said. “He is a left handed shooter that has great range. He averaged 16-points and five rebounds for us as a freshman. Adam is a great offensive player, but he needs to improve on defense.”

A number of high major colleges have inquired about Vogelsberg during his time at Cloud County, but a broken foot prevented him from participating in some prestigious JUCO summer events.
“Wichita State, Kansas State, LSU and several other Division 1 schools have called about Adam,” Coach Muff said. “Adam broke his foot doing some basketball drills, so he was unable to attend the Mullins event and some other notable events. That prevented quite a few schools from seeing him play throughout the month, but I think most of those schools and coaches will get a good look at Adam during our season.”
