Jerrold Brooks has just played in eight games so far at Casper College in Casper, Wyo. The guard from Rochester, N.Y. transferred in this season from Scenic West member College of Southern Idaho.

Brooks played a key role on the CSI team last season as they went on to win the NJCAA National Tourney in Hutchinson, Kan. last March. Brooks averaged 15.3 points and 2.7 assists per game, and connected on 38 percent (93-248) from 3-point range last season for CSI.
Since Brooks became eligible in January he has averaged 15.5 points per game for the Thunderbirds. Wyoming, Boise State, Hawaii, Memphis and Southern Mississippi have made contact on Brooks this spring according to Thunderbirds assistant coach Daniel Russell.
Brooks is ranked No.46 in the 2012 JucoJunction Top 150.
