Ware Finds School

Coco Ware is not your typical junior college basketball player. Ware just completed his seventh fulltime semester in college. East Mississippi Community College Assistant Coach Jeremy Shulman just informed
JucoJunction.com that Ware has made up his mind to play at a division one school next season.

"Coco will play in the SWAC Conference at nearby Mississippi Valley State next season" said Shulman. Ware started his college career at Meridian Community College after high school before ever surfacing at East Mississippi Community College in Scooba, MS.
Ware a Starkville, MS native led the Lions to the NJCAA National Tourney this past season. While helping the Lions get to Hutch, Ware was named Player of the Year, Region MVP and North Division MVP of the State of Mississippi. Ware was also named First Team-All American this season for the Lions.
Ware the #43 ranked player in the JucoJunction Top 150 averaged 19.4 ppg and 5.8 rebounds this past season for the Lions. Ware finished his career off at East Mississippi Community College with 1,196 career points. Ware shot 44% this season while attempting 545 shots.
